Privacy
What this site records when you visit it, why, and the choice you have. It shows demo dashboards drawn from generated data, and asks no one for personal data; its one form is the admin's password.
Plausible Analytics
Plausible counts page views. It sets no cookies and stores no IP address: it tells one visitor from another by a hash of the address and the browser with a salt it deletes every 24 hours. Each page view carries two properties: your role here (admin, lead or public) and, if you came through a link a demo was shared with, that link's id, a code that names no person or company. Plausible keeps its data in the EU.
Microsoft Clarity
Clarity records how the pages are used, to help improve the demos: session recordings and heatmaps of clicks, scrolls and the pointer. Each recording is tagged with your role, your link's id and the demo you open. What you type into a field is masked in your browser and never sent; the dashboards' numbers, all generated, are recorded as shown. Clarity keeps a recording for 30 days, and a recording marked as a favourite or given a label, and the heatmaps, for 9 months.
Your choice
In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, Clarity asks before it sets its cookies: a bar at the foot of the page offers Allow or No thanks. Allow lets it set them, its own and Microsoft's: a pseudonymous ID that joins your pages into one session and knows your later visits. With No thanks it sets none, and records each page on its own. Elsewhere it sets them without asking, and No thanks here stops it. The choice is kept in a cookie of this site's own (clarity_consent) for a year from your last visit, and told to Clarity on every page.
You have not chosen yet.
The site's own cookies
They remember an admin's sign-in, a shared link (the id the page views and recordings carry, above), the side panel as you left it, and the choice above.
